Dr. Nabil Orina is Senior Partner at the Firm. Nabil Orina is a dispute resolution diligent practitioner and academic. He teaches at Moi University, School of Law and Strathmore University school of law. His research areas Dispute Resolution, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Human Rights and Public International Law. Nabil acted as an associate defense counsel representing one of the accused persons in the Kenyan post-election violence cases at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and has also represented and advised both state and individual clients before other international tribunals and courts. He writes, comments, teaches and consults on International Dispute Resolution, International Commercial Arbitration, Cross boarder Crimes, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering regulation.
Nabil has also consulted in the areas of elections law and electoral dispute resolution, and counter-terrorism and security laws. Nabil also possesses extensive commercial law practice having acted for and advised several local and foreign companies. He holds a PhD in International Law.
